Biography

Since 2020, Cee Bee Teatime has been making brand new, wholesome, often interactive songs which are catchy, fun and tell great stories. These songs delight the local preschool Music and Movement audiences they were mainly written for and are increasingly charming children, educators and caregivers worldwide. Everyone loves the old favourites, but these simple, charming tunes, recorded in an on-farm studio in the heart of the South Canterbury, bring a breath of fresh air to any preschool music session, car journey, daytime, evening or bedtime routine.

Charlotte, Cee Bee Teatime’s creator, has been leading Music and Music sessions in Temuka and Timaru for Plunket for ten years and her passion lies in sharing a wide variety of music with ‘her’ tamariki. “In our culture issues are aired, feelings shared, problems solved, ideas developed and support given over a cup of tea and there’s always music. Music feeds our soul and it’s never too early to start enjoying and appreciating it. The words and melodies of Cee Bee Teatime have always been inside me and now I’m thrilled to be pouring them out”, says Charlotte.
